
Our prices are likely to be revised once a year and should be confirmed at the time of booking.
Half-board includes breakfast and lunch OR evening meal, drinks not included. Holiday tax is not included (1 € per person per night).
All bookings must be accompanied by the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay (minimum 1 night) and must be confirmed by us in writing. If you pay by direct debit or cheque, a bank card number will be requested to guarantee the booking. If no payment is made, the bank card left as security will be debited as for a cancellation.
The record of your bank card number is destroyed on the day you leave.
The balance should be paid at your convenience when you arrive. For stays of a week or more, drinks must be paid for every 3 days.
In the event of cancellation, the cost for the guest is as follows:
* Cancellation between 60 and 9 days before arrival: 30% of the total cost of the stay
* Cancellation between 8 days and 48 hours before arrival: 60% of the total cost of the stay
* Cancellation less than 2 days prior to arrival, failure to arrive or a shortened stay: 100% of the total cost of the stay
NO REFUND OR COMPENSATION WILL BE OFFERED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
* Services / meals ordered and not used / eated.
* Earlier departure from the hotel due to ‘force majeure’, minor problems or personal reasons.
The booking contract may be rightfully terminated by the hotel operator without payment of compensation to guests in cases of ‘force majeure’ or if the hotel is unable to be run in accordance with the legal standards required of hotels for a reason that is not ascribable to the hotelier, particularly in cases where the hotel opens late or not at all (natural disaster, road closure), and also in cases of insolvency on the part of the guest.
Rooms are available to guests from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. They must be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure; if this is not the case, an additional night will be charged. For long stays, rooms will not be cleaned after 12.00 pm.
Any damage caused to rooms by guests during their stay will be charged.
The hotel may not be held liable in the event of theft, loss of or damage to luggage left in the communal parts of the hotel, in an unlocked room or in a car in the car park.
The hotel management reserves the right to refuse a pet if it is felt that the animal is dangerous or may cause a disturbance.
Any disagreement concerning the interpretation or performance of the contract that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the commercial court closest to the hotel.
